Overview and main responsibilities

Here at Electricity Asset Services (EAS), we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and organised individuals to join our team as a Trainee Administrator.  

This entry level role is ideal for someone who is looking to start a career in administrator and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment and be part of an exciting journey with our rapidly growing company.

 

Who we are

EAS specialise in procurement, design, management and execution of all works associated with High and Low voltage underground electricity networks on behalf of major framework contractors and Distribution Network Operators (DNO’s).

We have over 40 years combined experience specific to our services offered such as HV/LV Cable Jointing and Terminating, Electrical Engineering, Inspections, Mechanical Engineering, New Connections, Cable Fault Finding, Electrical Design, Cable Laying, Civil Engineering, Primary/ Secondary Asset Replacement, Project Management, and Civil Engineering. Our purpose is to positively contribute to the electrical industry- providing value to our clients, customer and our people.

Where is the job based?

Head Office, Lochgelly.

Purpose of the role

·       Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, texts and liaising with external clients and customers

·       Draft, edit, and send letters digitally

·       Managing diaries for team members

·       Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.

·       Maintain digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.

·       Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company privacy policies and regulations.
